這一年，心情沉重，事情得以辦妥，現在總算放開了。
生日當天，要記着的不再是收禮物、吃蛋糕，而是懷念媽媽懷胎十月之情。能夠和家人共渡生日，才是真正幸福快樂。上天安排了我們一家人一同過我的生日，就是要我不要忘記這個日子，更不要忘記 ...
媽媽的“新居”環境清幽，遠眺獅子山，近望鯉魚門，前方綠樹林蔭，後有大靠山，算是家山有福了。但願每年的生日，也可以一家人一起渡過。

今早起來，有一股衝動，希望記錄今天的所思所想。「海嘯」，一個好像離我們很遙遠的名字，此時此刻不停地在腦海內盤旋。再到 Google 看看有關「海嘯」的文章，赫然發現今天正正是「南亞海嘯」兩周年。 (閱讀全文)

前排有點不適，今天好像沒有大礙，一切回復正常，心情暢快得很。在這個十一月裡，見工還未見得成，再加上病入高肓，做甚麼也提不起勁，真是有點「想死」的感覺。期間，多得黃蜂、老友們和家人的支持，才可安然渡過。
現在，又要「開工」了！希望今次能夠順利完成。
太陽伯伯成日都唔出黎見人呀！好掛住你呀～～好想去游水呢！還有，好掛住我隻綿羊仔呀～好想帶佢四圍去，無辦法啦，要搵錢醫番好佢先有得去囉！

【東方日報專訊】全港最長的泳灘大嶼山長沙泳灘正以驚人速度消失！擁有三公里連綿海岸線、屬海岸保護區的長沙泳灘，是港府大力開發本地旅遊業計劃，引入五星級水療度假村的選址之一。不過該海灘沙量近年不斷減少，至今夏經歷兩次颱風吹襲更令情況惡化，大量海沙被大浪捲走，幾乎大半個沙灘已不存在。環保組織批評，政府對此事「闊佬懶理」從無認真善後，官僚主義任由沙灘消失，擔心若不再施法補救，長沙泳灘將於香港地圖上消失。 (閱讀全文)
